I have a website that I can not easily modify or update and the company that built the site offer no support without a heavy price tag that is not suitable for a small business like mine. I have no support or anyone I can go to with the issues I face to keep my online presence up to date, current and on trend.
I have a new employee who I want to have access to the website and their own email address. I want them to be able to manage my socials and the feeds to my website but don’t know where to start. My brand should be strong but online it’s weak and inconsistent. I am not in the position to go to an agency so feel alone, isolated and without support in this online landscape.
